Kriekfest with Brian Yaeger! Episode 6 of the Portland Beer Podcast! In this episode of the Portland Beer Podcast we visit with Brian Yaeger and talk about Kriekfest, a new annual beer festival celebrating cherry beers that takes place in Parkdale, Oregon at Solera Brewery up in the Gorge. We talk about how Kriekfest came about and toward the end of this episode we preview the 2016 Kriekfest. Some of the amazing cherry beers we talk about include Allagash Brewing Company Nancy, Block 15 Kriek, Cascade Brewing Kriek, Upright Brewing Hearts’ Beat, and Lindemans Cuvee Rene Oude Kriek.
